COPENHAGUE

We visited Copenhague during two days. It's a very beautiful city whose characteristic is the proximity of the port to downtown.
Copenhague is the capital and largest city of Danemark, with an urban population of 1,181,239 (2010) and a metropolitan population of 1,914,865 (2011). Copenhagen is situated on the islands of Zealand and Amager.
First documented in the 11th century, Copenhagen became the capital of Denmark in the beginning of the 15th century.
We took two days to visit, go to meet indigenous people as the seaman docked in port, taking advantage of the ice to turn his boat into a bar. What's better than a good glass of French red wine under the sun of the Danish capital?
We are the ambassadors of France after all! We stayed in an hostel in which we met people who came from all around the world. We were able to walk in the city all the day. Unfortunattely, the sun is down very early (3PM).The Kingdom of Denmark is a constitional monarchy As stipulated in the Danish Constitution, the monarch is not answerable for their actions, and their person is sacrosanct. The monarch formally appoints and dismisses the prime minister and other ministers. The prime minister is customarily chosen through negotiation between the parliament party leaders.

We were very lucky because we have seen the changing of the guard.
